Spartans de Distrito Capital Caracas (SPB) landed 22-year old Dominican 195cm swingman Jassel Perez, agency: BMS Sport Agency for the upcoming SPB 2024 season. It is actually his comeback to Caracas as he has played here before. Perez played recently at Pueblo Nuevo in Santiago League in Dominican Republic. The last season he played at Real Esteli in Nicaraguan league. But in four Santiago League games he averaged just 1.8ppg, 3.3rpg and 1.8apg.
Two years ago Mexico City Capitanes voted him as second overall pick in G-League draft.
He has played also professionally in Colombia (Cafeteros) and NBA G League (Capitanes de Ciudad de Mexico).
Among many awards he played in the final of Dominican Republic LNB in 2023. Perez was selected to Dominican Republic LNB All-Star Game in 2023.
